I'm a huge fan of giving praise where it's due and I thought I should take this opportunity to write a little review about my recent visit to see Kay. As you know, I've seen Kay a few times now and all I can say is that I will be back as soon as possible. It has never been the case of same old thing again. Each and every time has been like the first time, new, exciting and invigorating. Kay really knows how to push my buttons. She lets things build and build and then backs off just enough to leave me gasping for me......then starts all over again, it's wonderful.
Your facilities are always absolutely spot on, the rooms are fantastic, the lighting is just right and the mirrors are placed in just the right places! Please keep up the great work and I'll be back very soon.

Hiya,
I just wanted to get in touch and give you some feedback as I know it's always important to know how things are working out from a customers point of view.
After emailing you this morning I sent a text to the number you gave me and I got a very quick response back which is always appreciated. I made an appointment to see Kay at 1230.
On arrival I was greeted by Kay at reception and she instantly made me feel relaxed and eager to get started!
After my shower in the clean and tidy bathroom I was joined in the room by Kay who was now wearing a stunning red outfit which really made an impression. The room itself was perfect, perfect lighting, lots of mirrors in just the right place and I found it very relaxing.
Without going into too much detail my experience with Kay was simply mind-blowing. It was genuinely out of this world and like nothing I have ever experienced before. She has an amazing ability to let things build and build and then pull back just at the right time to heighten the sense of anticipation.
What would I change about the experience? Not much! I should in hindsight have booked longer(!) and having spent the hour with her today on the massage table I'm very tempted to visit her in the boutique rooms!!!
All in all my experience at Total Relax today was absolutely amazing, with Kay certainly being the main attraction and the reason for my guaranteed return some time soon!
